Welcome to St. Andrew's Church of England First School

St. Andrew's Church of England (VA) First School is situated in the Diocese of Birmingham and the County of Worcestershire, serving pupils aged 4 to 9 years. Guided by our Christian vision, "Reach our Potential with the Help of God," we seek to create a nurturing, inclusive and aspirational environment where every child is valued and encouraged to flourish.

The school stands in its own attractive grounds and benefits from extensive outdoor learning facilities, including a large playing field, adventure trail, wooden gazebo and dedicated conservation area with a pond that supports our Forest School provision. These spaces provide opportunities for exploration, wellbeing and appreciation of the natural world, helping pupils to develop confidence, resilience and a sense of responsibility.

St. Andrew's offers excellent computing and library facilities. Music, sport and a creative curriculum are particular strengths of the school, enabling all pupils to discover and develop their unique talents and interests. Our vision is lived out through our core values of Respect, Excellence, Acceptance, Confidence and Happiness (REACH). These values shape our school culture, encouraging children to care for and support one another within a warm family atmosphere where everyone is empowered to achieve their full potential academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
